We are very pleased to announce that Milk & Cake Press is now a 501c3 nonprofit arts organization. We felt that nonprofit status aligned well with our mission. Not much will change as a result–we will still be publishing books and hosting readings for our poets (and sometimes, our friends). Going forward, we may expand our activities into community outreach, workshops, and more.

We will also be able to apply for grants and take donations–more on that later.
